Version 2026-10.1, effective October 6, 2026. Adopted by the members of Yarlis LLC on October 16, 2026.The short version
- YQuant is software, not financial advice. Trading can lose money, including more than you expect.
- Every chart, number and result on this website is an illustration or a simulation unless it is clearly labeled otherwise.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1. Not investment advice
All content on yarlis.io and in YQuant, including strategy templates, examples, documentation, AI output, blog posts, emails and social media, is for general information and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency or other instrument. Consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified professional before trading.
2. Not a regulated intermediary
Yarlis LLC is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or commodity pool operator, and does not hold customer funds. Orders are executed by the brokerage you choose, and your relationship with that broker is governed by its terms.
3. Risk of loss
Trading securities, cryptocurrencies, options, futures and other instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money, and with leverage or short positions, more than you invested. Automated strategies can magnify losses because they act quickly and without your moment-to-moment review.
4. Hypothetical and simulated performance
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Paper trading and backtests in YQuant are simulations of this kind. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.
5. Illustrations on this website
Product images, animations, charts, prices, balances and results on this website use sample data to show how the software works. They are not real accounts, real trades or expected returns. Instrument names such as BTC-USD or AAPL are used only as examples and are not endorsements.
6. Planned features
Features marked "Coming soon" or described on our roadmap are not available yet. They are statements of current plans, which may change, and should not be relied on when deciding whether to use the Service.
7. Data and AI accuracy
Market data may be delayed, simulated or inaccurate, and AI features can produce incorrect or misleading output. Verify information before relying on it.
8. Third-party services and links
Links and integrations with brokers, data providers, AI providers and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, services, availability or practices.
9. Availability
The Service may be unavailable, slow or interrupted because of maintenance, outages or events beyond our control. Do not rely on it as your only means of managing positions or risk.
