Version 2026-10

1. Educational, not advice

AI features explain and propose. Their output is general and educational, is not tailored to your finances, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Where AI is used

Copilot explains strategies, answers questions and proposes edits. AI agent nodes are steps you add to a strategy that ask a model whether a trade the strategy has set up should go ahead.

3. You confirm every change

Copilot only suggests. Nothing it proposes is applied, published or traded until you review it and confirm it yourself.

4. How an AI agent node decides

It sends the model only the inputs you choose for that node. The answer must be buy, sell or hold with a confidence; an answer that is unreadable, late, or below the minimum confidence you set counts as hold. The node can only let a step go ahead or stop it: order size still comes from your Order node, Risk node and risk policy, and every order passes the same server-side risk checks as any other.

5. When AI agent nodes run

Only in a strategy you have published: on paper once published, and with real money only after you take it live through Go live. Backtests never call a model, so a backtest cannot show what an AI agent node would have done.

6. Models make mistakes

Language models can misread data, invent facts or be confidently wrong. Check anything they produce before you rely on it.

7. Records and providers

We keep a record of AI prompts and responses with your other trading records. When you use your own AI key, that provider’s terms and data practices also apply.
